Enjoy this wonderful yoga practice while surrounding yourself with the therapeutic energy of the horses and the tranquil beauty that nature provides!
This yoga practice, facilitated by Maggie Rampey and Evette Marie Shakti, will incorporate a smooth flow Vinyasa with a sprinkling of Yin, with pranayama (breathing) inspired by horse and honeybee, a meditation enhanced by the vibrational healing sound of singing bowls and gong, and Reiki Energy from the Heart. The intuitive intelligence of the horses' presence will guide and comfort our awareness of the constant and cyclical nature of change and renewal that is part of life. The crescent moon, with the planet venus visible nearby, energizes our path towards the coolness of Autumn!
Maggie Rampey became a Reiki Master in 2000. She accepts with love, trust, and awe energy's potential to heal. She is also a YA 500 hour trained yoga instructor and a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor. She holds a BFA with Major in Ballet. The opportunity to improve the quality and peacefulness of others' lives is the work she loves, whatever the activity or modality. She always honors the best in herself and others, and finds the outdoor environment, especially among the horses, to be conducive to bringing out the best in everyone.
Evette Marie Shakti began her yoga practice in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1997. In 2000, she became certified and has taught in multiple venues including Canyon Ranch Spa, Las Vegas. Transformation in her own mental, physical, and spiritual well- being and excitement about her ability to self-heal ignited Evette's interest in facilitating the healing process for others. She has worked with cancer patients, stroke patients, PTSD sufferers, and children. Her life is dedicated to serving humanity by teaching yoga, meditation, and sharing energy work and sound healing.
